All Sales Are Final:

  • At Cool Brickz, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our products. Due to the custom nature of our minifigures and specialty items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items once they have been shipped.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 3 days of placing the order. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at coolbrickzzz@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  • After the 3-day period, all orders are processed and shipped, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • While returns are not accepted, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To report a defective or damaged item, email us at coolbrickzzz@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
  • Upon review, if the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or store credit. We will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All products sold on our website, including minifigures, accessories, and custom items, are final sale and non-returnable.

Lost or Missing Packages:

  • If your package is lost or missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package or provide a replacement or store credit if necessary.
